How we work

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Weekly progress you can click on.

Dealer websites go wrong when the scope is vague, the manufacturer is consulted too late and nobody owns the stock feed. Our process is designed around those three failures.

01

Discovery & audit

A working session on your brands, sites, feeds, CRM and manufacturer requirements. We audit the current site for speed, SEO, compliance and lead leakage, and agree what "done" looks like.

02

Design

Sitemap, journeys and key pages designed on your real models, offers and stock. Reviewed with you and, where needed, submitted for manufacturer CI approval before build starts.

03

Build & integrate

Hand-coded front end, configurators, offers, stock feed, forms and CRM routing, analytics and consent. You get a staging link from week one and a short update every Friday.

04

Launch & care

Redirect map, Search Console, monitoring and handover documentation. Then a care plan with agreed monthly hours so offers, prices and content change on time.

What you get

Deliverables at every stage.

Nothing is hidden in an agency portal. Every stage ends with something you can open, read or click.

Week 1

Audit report, agreed scope and fixed-price proposal. Staging environment set up.

Design

Clickable page designs on real content, CI checklist, redirect and content plan.

Build

Weekly staging updates, integration test plan for stock and leads, performance and accessibility reports.

Launch

Go-live checklist, redirects, analytics and consent verified, handover guide and admin access.

Care

Monthly hours log, uptime and form-delivery monitoring, quarterly review of leads and performance.

What we need from you

Less than you might think.

Most of what a dealer site needs already exists somewhere in your business. We will help you find it.

Brand assets

Manufacturer CI guidelines, logos, imagery rights and any approved copy. If you are an independent, whatever you have. We can fill the gaps.

Feeds & systems

Where your stock lives, which CRM or DMS receives leads, and who owns the domain and DNS. We will handle the technical conversations.

A decision-maker

One person who can sign off design and content. Weekly 20-minute check-ins keep the project moving without eating your diary.

Questions

The practical bits

How long does a dealer website take?

A single-franchise site is typically 6-10 weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on configurators and integrations. Group sites and marketplaces are scoped individually.

How do you price?

Fixed price for the build after discovery, with a written scope. Care plans are a monthly fee with an agreed number of hours. No per-lead or per-listing charges.

Can you work with our existing hosting or must we move?

Either. We recommend our managed UK hosting for speed and monitoring, but sites are built to run anywhere and you can move at any time.

What about manufacturer approval?

We design to the CI guidelines from the start and prepare the submission with you. Having been through many of these reviews from the dealer side, we know what gets sent back.

Who owns the site after launch?

You do. Code, content, domain and analytics. You receive full access and documentation at handover.

Next step

Got a dealer or OEM site that needs to work harder?

Tell us what you sell and where it is falling short. You will get a plain-English reply from Allan within one working day, and a fixed-price proposal if it is a fit.
